How to enroll one COHORT of students to the course/module page?
||| This feature is only applicable for Faculty members who already have access roles such as Coordinator, Lecturer, and Staff.
Below steps are applied to Faculty members who have role access in the module as Coordinator.
Please login to the portal and go to the module page.
In the module page, please go to the Participants tab.

To start editing the course page in the portal, please follow the guides below.
Login to the portal https://elearn.imu.edu.my/login/index.php
Go to the module or course page that you want to edit.

The Coordinator is allowed to enroll Associate Lecturers, Teaching Lecturers, and students into the module.
Associate Lecturers/Teaching Associates are allowed to enroll students only.
The steps below are applied to Faculty members who have role access in the module as a Coordinator or Associate Lecturer/Teaching Associate.

Please login to the portal and go to the module page.
In the module page, please go to the "Participants" tab.

|| For student/lecturer who is unable to access the course/module, besides eLearning Administrator, Module Coordinator also has the rights to enroll students/lecturers into the module.
For Module Coordinator, please follow the guides in enrolling students into the module.
Log in to the eLearn/ODL portal.
Go to the module/course page.
Click on the "Participants" tab.

Access to the portal and its content is granted by the eLearning Department, specifically the Learning System Administrator.
Faculty and staff involved in teaching who require editing access to their course modules must submit a request to the Learning System Administrator. This access enables them to add new learning materials and update existing content.

Log in to the portal and open your teaching module page.
In the page, click on "Edit mode" button at the right side of the page.
Once you clicked, you will be able to see THREE-DOTS button in each of the items and materials in the page.
