Resetting and Changing Password
In some cases, you might forget your login password. Therefore, you are unable to log in to the portal successfully.
- Please reset your password at this link https://aka.ms/sspr

- Enter your student email address and provided captcha code.
- Choose "I forgot my password". Then, click Next.

- Choose your preferred verification method. You can verify with your phone number, Microsoft authenticator or personal email adress

- Enter your new password, then click the “Finish” button.

- Contains uppercase, lowercase, number and symbol
- Does not contain any part of your name
- Cannot be identical to your previous password

Unlocking Account
