For student:

Access to the teaching and learning modules are based on your current registered semester or repeating. Please check your timetable to know the modules your are taking currently. If you do not have the access, please contact eLearning helpdesk through Chatbot and provide the following details:

1. Student ID
2. Cohort number
3. Current semester
4. Name of Module

Failed to provide the following details or incorrect information, will delaying the process of opening access of the module for you.

For faculty:

Please contact eLearning helpdesk through Chatbot and provide the following details:

1. Full name
2. Program
3. Name of module
4. Accessing role (Coordinator/Lecturer/Marker/Guest Lecturer)
