How to assign Associate/Guest lecturer/Marker to the module/course page?
This feature is only applicable to faculty members who already have access roles such as Coordinator, Lecturer, and Staff.
- The Coordinator is allowed to enroll Associate Lecturers, Teaching Lecturers, and students into the module.
- Associate Lecturers/Teaching Associates are allowed to enroll students only.
The steps below are applied to Faculty members who have role access in the module as a Coordinator or Associate Lecturer/Teaching Associate.
- Please log in to the portal and go to the module page.
- In the module page, please go to the "Participants" tab.

- Click on the "Enrol users" button

- Key in the name of the Faculty members in the search box. When the correct name shown, click on it.

- Then, click on the assign role box and switch the role from student to the related role.

- Finally, click on the "Enroll selected users and cohorts" button.

- The small black pop-up will appear in the top of the page upon successful user enrolled.
