Enrolment issue

For student/lecturer who is unable to access the course/module,


besides eLearning Administrator, Module Coordinator also has the rights to enroll students/lecturers into the module.


If students/lecturer unable to access the course/module, they can request to the Module Coordinator to enroll them.


For Module Coordinator, please follow the guides in enrolling students into the module.


  1. Log in to the eLearn/ODL portal.


  1. Go to the module/course page.


  1. Click on the "Participants" tab.




  1. To enrol some users, please click "Enrol users" button.




  1. Search the username in the box and click on the correct name.




  1. Change the assign role accordingly.




  1. Finally, click on "Enroll selected users and cohorts" button.

A. Follow step 1 - step 4.


B. Search the cohort in the box and click the correct cohort.




C. Change the assign role accordingly.




D. Finally, click on "Enroll selected users and cohorts" button.
