How to share your Portfolio View with your Mentor (Exabis)?

To share your portfolio with your mentor, follow these steps:

1. Open your portfolio and click on the “Share” tab. Tick “Internal Access.” Select “Access only for the following users.”
2. In the search field, enter your mentor’s email address.
3. Click the “Search” button.

4. Select your mentor from the search results. Click “Save changes.”

✅ Once saved, your mentor will have access to view your portfolio.

How to check whether your mentor got access to your Semester Portfolio?

To verify whether your mentor has access to your Exabis portfolio, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your portfolio My Views tab.
2. Go to the “Who has access?” section.
3. Review the list under** “Access only for the following users.”**

If your mentor’s name appears in this list, it means they have access to your portfolio.
