How do I share my portfolio pages or collections with my mentor in MAHARA?

Make sure you have your mentor’s correct name or email address before searching to ensure you select the right person.

Once you have created portfolio pages or collections, you can share them with others (e.g., your mentor) to allow viewing and feedback.

Go to Main menu → Share → Shared by me, OR access the Edit access option directly from the page editor.
Select the collection or page you would like to share.
Click the Edit access (⚙️/settings) icon next to the selected collection to manage viewing permissions.
Under “Share with”, use the dropdown menu to choose who can access your content.
In the Search field, type your mentor’s name and select it from the list.
Click “Save” to apply the changes, or click “Cancel” to discard them.
