You can create the eticket in Elearning Etickeing System

The eLearning Helpdesk will get back to you within 3 working days/hours, excluding Public Holiday.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Standard e-Learning Office opening hours are as follows: Mondays to Fridays 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays closed.

Step 4 On your programme page, click on the "Student Cohort" link.

Step 5 Click on Cohort number you belong to.

Step 6 Go to your current semester and click on "Timetable" folder to open.

Step 7 Finally, you can view or download the file/folder to save on your computer/device.

How to access AMBOSS?

Dear students,

AMBOSS is an online learning resource for Basic and Clinical sciences.

AMBOSS resources has complimentary learning packages with question bank, learning cards, chalk talks, clinical skills videos, illustrations, images and much more to make learning medical concepts easy.

As you are aware that AMBOSS access has been provided to all medical students since June 2020. Medical students have been extensively using these resources along with their learning through the curriculum to enhance their knowledge.

We wish to see active use of the resources by the students and further get feedback on the its utility.

There will be series of info giving, briefing sessions and webinars in days to come for students to get familiar with AMBOSS.

You would have received a welcome email from AMBOSS to register and gain access to the resource.

Here is the Step by Step guide on How to Get AMBOSS registration for IMU Students and Faculty.

Click LOGIN
If you have an AMBOSS account with the "IMU email”, Log in and go to Step No: 15
If you do not have an AMBOSS account with IMU Email or have an AMBOSS account with your personal email, follow steps no. 5 onwards.
Click “Register for Free” on the Welcome page
Type IMU email ( ID with @student.imu.edu.my or imu.edu.my)
Enter password you wish to use for AMBOSS

How to login to ODL Portal

Please follow these steps to log in to the ODL portal.

Please go to odl.imu.edu.my link
To start login, click on the "Login with IMU e-mail" button.

Type in your IMU email address: Example for IMU staff: abcdefgh@imu.edu.my Example for IMU student: a. 00000012345@student.imu.edu.my b. ijklmnop@student.imu.edu.my

Then, click "Next" button

Proceed by typing in your password. This password is the same password that you use to log in to Office 365, IMU Computer and other services.

Then, click "Sign in" button to continue

If your password is incorrect for 2nd times attempt, please click on the "Forgot password" link and reset your password.
If your account is locked due to multiple attempt of typed in password, please contact IT Department to unlock your account. You can contact them at IT Helpdesk at: helpdesk@imu.edu.my DID: +603-27317318 or Ext 7777
Proceed by choosing or Yes or No if you want to reduce the login times whenever you want to login to both Office 365

How to make submission/re-submission in the TURNITIN?

This guide is applicable for the submission to the TURNITIN which permitting students to make re-submission before the due date.

The purpose of permitting the re-submission is to giving the students chance to update their report contents from more similar into more original contents. The re-submission allowing students with highest similarity percentage to update their report contents and re-submit for a lower similarity result.

The re-submission steps are same with the first time you make the submission to the TURNITIN link submission.

For example, this student already submitted and resulting the high of similarity percentage. After updates made in the report file, this student can make a re-submission by clicking the button "Submit Paper" as shown below:

Then, just fill in the required space and upload the updated report file.

Please wait for a few minutes/hours for the new similarity results generated/refreshed.

If you did not see that "Submit Paper" button, it means your lecturer is not allowing/permitting the re-submission. Please contact your lecturer for further check.

For your information;

First submission to TURNITIN will generating the similarity percentage instantly.
For the 2nd re-submission, it will take few minutes/hours to generate/refresh the new similarity percentage.
For the 3rd and consecutively re-submission, it will take up to 24 hours
