Please raise a ticket if you have any other requests related to eLearning in the Teaching and Learning activity.
You can create the eTicket in the eLearning Eticketing System
The eLearning Helpdesk will get back to you within 3 working days/hours, excluding public holidays.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, every support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
- Mondays to Fridays 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are closed.
