Login Guide: eLearn Portal
Disclaimer (New Students Only)
Please make sure your IMU email address is activated before attempting to log in.
Please follow these steps to logging in to eLearn portal.
Please go to elearn.imu.edu.my/ link
To start log in, in the login page, click on the blue button "Login with IMU e-mail"

Type in your IMU email address:
Example for IMU staff: abcdefgh@imu.edu.my
Example for IMU student:
a. 00000012345@student.imu.edu.my
b. ijklmnop@student.imu.edu.my
Then, click "Next" button

Proceed by type in your password. Make sure the password is belong to your IMU email address. This password is same password when you log in to Office 365, IMU Computer and other services.

Then, click "Sign in" button to continue

If your password is incorrect for 2nd times attempt, please click on the "Forgot password" link and reset your password.
If your account is locked due to multiple attempt of typed in the password, please contact IT Department to unlock your account. You can contact them at

Proceed by choosing or not if you want to reduce the login times whenever you want to login to both Office 365 and eLearn portal.

Finally, successful login will direct you to your Dashboard on eLearn portal.
It is highly recommended to save this login to ensure a smooth logging process in the future..
