How to turn the editing on button?

This feature is only applicable for Faculty members who already have access roles such as Coordinator, Lecturer, and Staff.


To start editing the contents in the portal, please follow the guides below.


  1. Login to the portal https://elearn.imu.edu.my/login/index.php

  1. Go to the module or course area that you want to edit.


  1. Look for the "Edit mode" toggle button next to your "Profile picture" at the top right corner of the page. Click on it to turn on the editing. Please wait for a few seconds to process it. After you click it, the toggle will be green.




  1. The editing feature is now on. You can see all the existing contents have the three dots at the right side of it. Click on it to edit/update the material/resource/activity.

To add a new material/resource/activity, click on "Add activity and resources" or "Subsection" box and select the right activity or resources that you want to add.
