Important Information for Zoom Class Requests
  1. Once approved, the Zoom class link will be created and posted on the module page under the General Introduction or Discussion section.
  2. The Zoom session will be posted under the specific topic requested.
  3. Each Zoom class request includes one extra hour for contingency or session delays.
  4. The session will be accessible 6 hours before the scheduled start time; otherwise, it will remain hidden from students.
  5. The Host Key will be provided upon request.


Participant Requirements
  1. Please ensure all participants have:
  • A quiet or noise-free environment for better audio clarity
  • Access to the module page
  • A stable internet connection
  • A computer or notebook with a webcam and audio capability
  • Sufficient battery power or electricity supply


Recording and Video Storage
  1. Recordings of the session will no longer be retained in the Zoom cloud. Instead, it will save on the local computer.
  2. For videos requiring compilation or editing:
  • Videos must follow the required naming convention
  • Video compilation may take up to three (3) working days, depending on the duration of the recording
