Zoom Application Unable to Launch in Web

In some cases, the Zoom video application may not automatically launch after clicking the meeting link.

Open the Zoom meeting link as usual. You should normally be redirected to the Zoom launch page.
If the prompt appears, click Open Zoom Meetings to start the session.

If no pop-up dialog appears and the page remains stuck in “launching” mode, proceed to the next step.
Look for the “click here” link on the Zoom launch page (usually highlighted or shown in the instruction box).
Click “click here” to manually trigger the launch prompt.

Once the dialog box appears, click Open Zoom Meetings.
The Zoom application will then launch normally, and you can proceed to join the meeting.
