How to download the Zoom Workplace app


Windows
  1. Access the Download Center.
  2. Under Zoom Workplace for Windows, click Download (32-bit), Download (64-bit), or Download (ARM64).
  1. The Zoom installer (ZoomInstaller.exe for Windows) will automatically start downloading the Zoom desktop app. If downloading doesn’t start, double-click the Zoom installer to begin the desktop app install.
  2. Complete the installation process.
  3. After the Zoom desktop app installation is complete, a Zoom icon will appear on your desktop.
  4. Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom.



MacOS
  1. Access the Download Center.
  2. Under Zoom Workplace for Mac, click Download for Apple Silicon or Download for Intel, depending on your device.
  3. The Zoom installer (zoomusInstallerFull.pkg for macOS) will automatically start downloading the Zoom desktop app. If downloading doesn’t start, double-click the Zoom installer to begin the desktop app install.
  4. Complete the installation process. Learn more about specific details for macOS installations.
  5. After the Zoom desktop app installation is complete, a Zoom icon will appear on your desktop.
  6. Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom.
