My uploaded i-Lecture cannot be opened, played, or shows a broken link. What should I do?

If the i-Lecture you uploaded cannot be opened, does not play, or displays a broken link, try the following:

  1. Access the i-Lecture from Moodle.
    • Ensure you are launching the i-Lecture from the Moodle course page, not from your local computer.

  1. Use a supported browser.
    • We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Clear your browser cache and try again.
  3. If applicable, check Java requirements.
    • Articulate content does not require Java, but your LMS may.
  4. For legacy Flash-based i-Lectures only, ensure your operating system is up to date. (Modern browsers no longer support Adobe Flash.)

If the problem persists, please contact the eLearning Team for further assistance.
