How do I upload an i-Lecture into a Moodle module page?

Before uploading the i-Lecture, please ensure that:

  • The i-Lecture has been published in SCORM format.
  • The published file is saved as a ZIP file.
  • You have editing access to the Moodle module page.

There are two methods to upload an i-Lecture:


Method 1: Drag and Drop SCORM Package
  1. Log in to the Moodle portal and open the required module page.
  2. Turn Editing On.
  3. Navigate to the topic/section where you want to upload the i-Lecture.
  4. Locate the i-Lecture ZIP file on your computer.
  5. Drag and drop the ZIP file into the selected topic/section.
  6. Select "Upload as a SCORM package".
  7. Click the uploaded i-Lecture link to confirm it launches successfully.



Method 2: Upload as a SCORM Package
  1. Log in to the Moodle portal and open the required module page.
  2. Turn Editing On.
  3. Go to the topic/section where you want to add the i-Lecture.
  4. Click "Add an activity or resource".
  5. Select "SCORM package".
  6. Enter the name/title of the i-Lecture.
  7. Upload the SCORM ZIP file:
    • Drag and drop the file into the upload area, or
    • Click "Choose File" and select the ZIP file.
  8. Click "Upload this file" (if using the file upload option).
  9. Click "Save and return to course".
  10. Click the i-Lecture link to verify that it opens correctly.
