Lecturer Unable to Access Module
If you are unable to access your teaching and learning module, please submit a ticket via the eTicketing system by selecting the help topic “eLearning Portal Access.”
When submitting the request, please ensure that you:
- Fill in the form correctly
- Provide the module name or module link that you want to access
Your request will be processed by the eLearning Helpdesk, and access is usually granted within 1–2 hours. Once you receive a confirmation reply, you may try accessing the module again.
For urgent cases, you may contact the Helpdesk directly through the Chat Messenger available in the portal. The Helpdesk team will assist you as soon as possible.
