Student: Unable to Access Module/Course


If you are unable to access your module or course in the portal, this may happen because:

  • You have entered a new semester and have not yet been enrolled in the correct cohort, or
  • You recently registered for a new module/course.


How to Request Access

Please submit a support ticket through the following link: eTicketing System


Information Required

When submitting your ticket, please provide the following details:

  1. Full Name
  2. Student ID
  3. Current Cohort
  4. Module/Course Name you wish to access
  5. Reason for the request (if applicable)


Once your request has been reviewed, the support team will assist you with the enrollment and access issue.
