Student: Unable to Access Module/Course
If you are unable to access your module or course in the portal, this may happen because:
- You have entered a new semester and have not yet been enrolled in the correct cohort, or
- You recently registered for a new module/course.
How to Request Access
Please submit a support ticket through the following link: eTicketing System
Information Required
When submitting your ticket, please provide the following details:
- Full Name
- Student ID
- Current Cohort
- Module/Course Name you wish to access
- Reason for the request (if applicable)
Once your request has been reviewed, the support team will assist you with the enrollment and access issue.
