How to login to Office 365 account?
Office 365 is the authentication to access.
- Outlook Email
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Stream
- and many more.
To log in to Office 365;
- Open your browser and go to https://www.office.com/
- Click the" Sign in " button to start signing in.
- Insert the email address. The email address must be the one IMU has provided to you.
For example: john123@imu.edu.my
- Key in the current password. If you forgot your password, click on the " Reset now " link or " Forgot my password " link to reset your password. If you are unable to reset the password, please contact IT department at:

- You can choose if you would like to stay signed in to reduce the login times.
- For the first time login in a new browser or device, the user will be asked to key in the authentication code sent by SMS to the registered telephone number. If you have not received the code, please contact the IT Department to check or update your telephone number. You can contact the IT helpdesk at:
