How to access AMBOSS v2
Dear students,
AMBOSS is an online learning resource for Basic and Clinical sciences.
AMBOSS resources has complimentary learning packages with question bank, learning cards, chalk talks, clinical skills videos, illustrations, images and much more to make learning medical concepts easy.
As you are aware that AMBOSS access has been provided to all medical students since June 2020. Medical students have been extensively using these resources along with their learning through the curriculum to enhance their knowledge.
We wish to see active use of the resources by the students and further get feedback on the its utility.
There will be series of info giving, briefing sessions and webinars in days to come for students to get familiar with AMBOSS.
You would have received a welcome email from AMBOSS to register and gain access to the resource.
Here is the Step by Step guide on How to Get AMBOSS registration for IMU Students and Faculty.
- Click the link in the email or Go to www.amboss.com
- Click LOGIN
- Click LOG IN THROUGH YOUR INSTITUTION
- Type IMU email ( ID with @student.imu.edu.my or imu.edu.my). It will lead to Microsoft M365 page login that is connected IMU account.
- Enter your username and your current password
- You will be prompted with MFA verification, to verify your login
- After that, you will be redirected to AMBOSS webpage
- You can now use AMBOSS features in full (Library, Question bank, chalkboard, videos, learning cards, performance analysis etc)

If you have challenges in authenticating your login:
a) First identify if you have changed your password recently for your Offi365, use the https://aka.ms/sspr page to reset your password or unlock your account
b) If you still unable to login, kindly drop and email to hello@amboss.com
