How do I request an Articulate 360 license?

To request an Articulate 360 license, IMU users must submit a request through the eTicketing system.

Request steps:

1. Go to: https://elearnzone.imu.edu.my/eticketing/open.php
2. Select Help Topic: Software Request
3. Choose Articulate 360
4. Submit your request

After submission:

• The eLearning team will review your request
• Approved users will receive an invitation email
• You can then sign in and activate your license
