Unable to login to eLearn portal

There are several causes that made your unable to login to eLearn portal.



  1. Not clicking the "Login with IMU Email" button

  1. Your password has expired


Please reset your password. If your are having issue to reset, please contact IT helpdesk at:

  1. Your account has been locked


Due to multiple trials of login, your IMU account has been locked. To unlock, please contact IT helpdesk at:

  1. Error message of "SAML2 exception: Responder"


This error happen due to user authentication failed to direct and connect to the portal. Please contact elearning helpdesk through Chatbot to fix the issue. Please attach together with the error message (copy/paste or screenshot).
