Student: I unable to submit my work in the submission link

If you are having difficulty submitting your work using the provided link, there are TWO main possible causes for this issue.

1️⃣You are not enrolled in the group or activity participant list.

Solution: Please double-check the link you are accessing, as it may belong to another group. If you have confirmed that the activity belongs to your group, please inform your lecturer immediately. Only your lecturer is able to enrol you into the activity.

or,

2️⃣The submission activity has reached its due date or has been closed.

Solution: 

1. Please inform your lecturer immediately and seek his/her advice regarding an extension of the submission deadline. Only the lecturer has the authority to reopen and extend the deadline to allow you to submit your work.
