Unable to see the similarity percentage

Once you have successfully submitted to the TURNITIN and received the digital receipt through email, you may be able to check the result of your similarity percentage.

But, if the result of similarity percentage not shown, it could be these factors;

You have re-submitted more than 3 times which it will take up to 24 hours to see the result of the similarity. You might have to check it again tomorrow.

If this is your 1st or 2nd resubmission, you may try the following steps;

a. Go to the TURNITIN submission link

b. Click on your submission title



c. Click on this button



d. Then, you will see the number of similarity percentage here. Click on that number to check more on the similarity details.
