How to login to ODL Portal (2025)

Please follow these steps to log in to the ODL portal.

Step 1: Please go to odl.imu.edu.my link

Step 2: In this page, click the "Log in" button

Step 3: To start login, click on the "Login with IMU e-mail" button.

Step 4: Type in your IMU email address:

Example for IMU staff: abcdefgh@imu.edu.my

Example for IMU student:

a. 00000012345@student.imu.edu.my

b. ijklmnop@student.imu.edu.my

Step 5: Then, click the "Next" button

Step 6: Proceed by typing in your password. This password is the same password that you use to log in to Office 365, IMU Computer and other services. Then, click the "Sign in" button to continue.

Step 7: If your password is incorrect for 2nd time, please click on the "Forgot password" link and reset your password.

Step 7: If your account is locked due to multiple attempts to type in your password, please contact the IT Department to unlock your account. You can contact them at

Step 8: Proceed by choosing 'Yes' or 'No' if you want to reduce the login times whenever you want to log in to both Office 365 and the ODL portal.

Step 9: Finally, a successful login will direct you to your Dashboard in the ODL portal.
