ETicketing System

Please raise a ticket if you have any other requests related to eLearning in Teaching and Learning activity.

You can create the eticket in Elearning Etickeing System



The eLearning Helpdesk will get back to you within 3 working days/hours, excluding Public Holiday.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.


Standard e-Learning Office opening hours are as follows:
Mondays to Fridays 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays closed.
