# Zoom Application Unable to Launch in Web

In some cases, the Zoom video application may not automatically launch after clicking the meeting link.

###### Step-by-Step Solution
1. Open the Zoom meeting link as usual. You should normally be redirected to the Zoom launch page.
2. If the prompt appears, click **Open Zoom Meetings** to start the session.

3. If no pop-up dialog appears and the page remains stuck in “launching” mode, proceed to the next step.
4. Look for the **“click here”** link on the Zoom launch page (usually highlighted or shown in the instruction box).
5. Click **“click here”** to manually trigger the launch prompt.

6. Once the dialog box appears, click **Open Zoom Meetings**.
7. The Zoom application will then launch normally, and you can proceed to join the meeting.
