# Resetting password and unlock account




### Resetting and Changing Password

In some cases, you might forget your login password. Therefore, you are unable to log in to the portal successfully.

1. Please reset your password at this link https://aka.ms/sspr

2. Enter your student email address and provided captcha code.

3. Choose "I forgot my password". Then, click Next.

4. Choose your preferred verification method. You can verify with your phone number, Microsoft authenticator or personal email adress

5. Enter your new password, then click the “Finish” button.

|| **Password Criteria**
* Contains uppercase, lowercase, number and symbol
* Does not contain any part of your name
* Cannot be identical to your previous password

### Unlocking Account
If you found that your account has been locked due to multiple trials of login, please contact IT department to unlock your account. You can contact IT helpdesk at:
