# My uploaded i-Lecture cannot be opened, played, or shows a broken link. What should I do?

If the i-Lecture you uploaded cannot be opened, does not play, or displays a broken link, try the following:

1. **Access the i-Lecture from Moodle.**
    * Ensure you are launching the i-Lecture from the Moodle course page, not from your local computer.
2. **Verify the launch file.**
    * Ensure the correct launch file is used based on the publishing format.
| Publishing Format | Launch File |
| ---- |
| Tin Can (xAPI) – Storyline | `story.html` |
| Presenter 360 | `presentation.html` |
| Quizmaker 360 | `quiz.html` |
| Engage 360 | `interaction.html` |
| SCORM 1.2 | `index_lms.html` |
| SCORM 2004 | `index_lms.html` |
| AICC | `index_lms.html` |
3. **Use a supported browser.**
    * We recommend **Google Chrome** or **Mozilla Firefox**.
4. **Clear your browser cache** and try again.
5. **If applicable, check Java requirements.**
    * Articulate content does not require Java, but your LMS may.
6. **For legacy Flash-based i-Lectures only**, ensure your operating system is up to date. (Modern browsers no longer support Adobe Flash.)
If the problem persists, please contact the **eLearning Team** for further assistance.
