# List of Software Provided by eLearning

The eLearning Department provides access to various software platforms to support teaching, learning, and digital content creation activities.

All software access requests must be submitted through the [eTicketing system](https://elearnzone.imu.edu.my/eticketing/open.php) at least **three (3) days in advance**. Requests will be processed and assigned based on availability.
