# I cannot open, play, or access an i-Lecture. What should I do?

If your i-Lecture does not open, play, or displays a broken link, try the following:

1. **Use a supported browser.**
    * We recommend **Google Chrome** or **Mozilla Firefox**.
    * Avoid using Microsoft Edge if you experience playback issues.
2. **Clear your browser cache**, then close and reopen your browser.

If you’re not sure how to delete the cache, click a browser below to learn how:

[Microsoft Edge](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10607/microsoft-edge-view-delete-browser-history)

[Firefox](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache)

3. **If you are using a mobile device or tablet**, try opening the i-Lecture using Chrome or Safari and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
4. **For older Flash-based i-Lectures (legacy content only)**, ensure your operating system is up to date.
5. **If the i-Lecture link appears broken:**
    * Refresh the Moodle page.
    * Access the i-Lecture directly from your Moodle course instead of using a saved bookmark or old link.
If the issue continues, please contact your **course coordinator** or the **eLearning Team** for assistance.
