# I cannot access the Digital Logbook

The **Digital Logbook** is available only to students in the designated cohort of the **Medicine Programme**. If you cannot open it, first check that you are viewing the Moodle module for your current cohort.

If you are in a **different cohort** or are **repeating a semester**, contact the IMU eLearning Helpdesk through the **eTicketing system** or **Chat Messenger**. Include your student ID, current cohort and semester, and the Digital Logbook link or module name so the team can check your access.
