# How to see who is available in Microsoft Teams

1. Open **Teams** and find the team you want to check.
2. Select **More options (⋯)** beside the team name.
3. Select **Manage team → Members**.
4. Look for a **green circle with a tick** beside a member’s profile picture. This means their Teams status is **Available**.

**On a phone:** Select **More options (⋯)** beside the team name, then **View members**.

Teams status can change automatically when someone joins a call or is away from their device, so it is an indication of availability rather than a guarantee of an immediate reply.
