# How to download student's mark for assignment?

||| This guide is ONLY APPLICABLE for the faculty members who have the special authority granted by eLearning Administration.


|| Please note that.
* a. You **MUST** be a **MODULE COORDINATOR**.
* b. Only activities that require grading/marking through the portal are able to export the report.
* c. The grade/mark report is in Excel spreadsheet format.

**Please follow the steps below.**

1. Log in to the portal and open your module.
2. In the module page, click on the **Grades** tab.

3. The **Grader report** shows marks recorded in the module.

4. Open the **Grader report** dropdown and select **Export**.

5. Click on the **Export as** option and switch to **Excel spreadsheet** option

6. You will see a list of all the assessment activities in this module. As you can see, each of the activities is ticked in the blue box. But you only want to download the grade/mark report that belongs to you.
7. Click on the **select all/none** link to untick all the boxes of the assessment activity.

8. Then, only tick the box of the activity that you want to download the grade/ mark report.

9. Click on the **Export format options**.

10. To include feedback, tick on the box **Include feedback in export**. Also, please tick the box **Real** to get the actual number of marks.

11. Finally, click the **Download** button located at the bottom right of the screen, and save the file to your computer.

| Please save the file in the right folder. For automatic download, please go to the "Download" folder to get the file.
