# How do I request an Articulate 360 license?

To request an Articulate 360 license, IMU users must submit a request through the [eTicketing system.](https://elearnzone.imu.edu.my/eticketing/open.php)

### Request steps:
1. Go to: [https://elearnzone.imu.edu.my/eticketing/open.php](https://elearnzone.imu.edu.my/eticketing/open.php)
2. Select **Help Topic: Software Request**
3. Choose **Articulate 360**
4. Submit your request

### After submission:
* The eLearning team will review your request
* Approved users will receive an invitation email
* You can then sign in and activate your license
